Board Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors for the 2024-25 travel hockey season. The positions available and their duties are:


President-Elect (2 year term)

  • Assume the duties and powers of the President in his/her absence.
  • Perform other duties as specifically assigned by the Board of Directors.


Registrar/Off-Ice Director (2 year term)

  • Receive and register all members of the Association.
  • Oversee the registration of teams, coaches, and players with USA Hockey and Missouri Hockey, Inc. and MAHSHL and any other Governing Authority.
  • Perform other duties as specifically assigned by the Board of Directors.


Secretary (2 year term)

  • Receive and manage communications with the Membership.
  • Record the attendance and minutes of all regular or special meetings of the Board or the Membership.
  • Notify the membership of date, time, and location of the Annual Meeting or a Special Meeting(s).
  • Advise the Board on a regular basis regarding unexcused absences of members of the Board
  • Author Press releases as needed
  • Preserve and make available JCYH policies and guidelines.
  • Facilitate Customer Service Issues, routing issues to appropriate directors.
  • Facilitate the Design, Manage and assists in maintaining the Club's web site as the main source of information and news
  • Manage and Facilitate all communication with the team managers
  • Assume the Responsibility for the Association's correspondence
  • Perform other duties as specifically assigned by the Board of Directors.
